Rick heads the DevOps team responsible for the Koneksa SaaS platform. He is additionally responsible for all IT policies, procedures and standards across the organization; the company’s technology infrastructure; and the organization’s robust cybersecurity framework. Prior to Koneksa, Rick held several roles directing IT operations at tech and tech health organizations, from startups to public companies. He has a BS in computer science and mathematics from the University of North Carolina Pembroke, and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps.
